We take an professional conservative approx when prepare the feasibility of your project based on the reality to give us the objective overview to assist the direction & any changes required to make your projects successful.

The Economical Construction costing

A detailed full project costing from the projected starting date to allow for prices rises, giving us the full picture where we may need to amend design to reduce cost & then finally the external services of a Quantity surveyors cost report prior to tending you project out.The brief assessment with appropriate funding institutions &/ or Private Funds managers whom may be interested in funding your projects
